In the summer of 2008 as the mortgage industry was collapsing, the founders of Peoples Choice saw an opportunity to better serve the people in South West Georgia as well as the rest of the state of Georgia.  Many small brokerage companies were not able to survive as the industry saw a virtual over night disappearance of the non-conforming markets. 

Peoples Choice was founded on the principles of providing the highest quality of service at the lowest possible costs.  Our mission statement is to earn the reputation in our core market as being the most efficient, lowest cost, reliable, helpful, and customer friendly retail provider of home loans.  In other words, to be the peoples first choice for their mortgage loan needs.

The Company's main office is located in the small rural town of Thomasville Georgia.  We are family owned and operated, and because of this we can deliver low costs and superior service to our clients.  We are the only mortgage company in South West Georgia to have earned the distinction of being an Upfront Mortgage Broker®.
